(Bismarck, ND) — A bill is headed to the North Dakota Senate that urges the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn its decision that legalized same-sex marriages. Monday, the House passed a resolution that asks the high court to define marriage as being between a man and a woman. The bill calls the court’s 2015 decision flawed and unjust. The bill passed in the House by a vote of 52 to 40.
