(Rapid City, SD) — A woman is in custody after a scary scene in Rapid City earlier this week. Police say 23-year-old Monique Waters is accused of trying to hit people with a car Tuesday afternoon. Officers responded to a parking lot on the north side of the city following a report of a green SUV trying to run people over. The car was later stopped by police a block away. Waters is now facing multiple charges, including aggravated assault and DUI.
