(Bismarck, ND) — ND-DOT says don’t fall for the text message scam about toll road late fees. The messages have been spreading around the state since January. The big clue it’s a scam is North Dakota doesn’t have any toll roads. Residents who receive these messages are encouraged to report them as spam or delete them — but don’t reply.
