ND HHS Announces End To Rental Assistance Program

(Bismarck, ND) — Funding for a statewide rental assistance program is ending. North Dakota Health and Human Services says the Emergency Rental Assistance Program will lose federal funding by September. Over 56-thousand North Dakotans in 51 counties have received housing support from the program since May 2021. Applications for homeless households will stop being accepted on March 15th, and from at-risk households on June 30th.
