(Mandan, ND) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating a crash involving three teenagers. NDHP says three 17-year-olds were in a vehicle that hit a ditch and turned over. The driver was arrested for criminal vehicular injury while operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol as one of the teenagers was seriously injured.
