(Bismarck, ND) — State lawmakers want to examine how special education funding is spent. The proposed bill would create an interim committee to study how school districts spend special education funds, providing results ahead of the 2027 legislative session. Governor Kelly Armstrong will have to sign the bill before it goes into effect.
