(Fargo, ND) — The Northern Crops Institute is trying to keep farmers afloat through global commerce. NCI has asked state lawmakers for funding to connect North Dakota farmers with global trade partners for crop sales. If passed through a Senate bill proposal, nearly six million dollars would be allocated to NCI between 2025 and 2027.
