(Minot, ND) — A suspect is in custody for allegedly burglarizing a business in downtown Minot. Christopher Dion Davis was seen fleeing the scene on foot by Minot police who arrested the 33-year-old without incident. Davis is accused of forcibly entering the business without taking anything and now faces a Class C felony burglary charge.
