(Morton County, ND) — A man is heading to Morton County Correctional Center for being guilty of eight charges. Collin Brownotter pled guilty to all counts related to a police chase where he rammed a police cruiser. Brownotter was also found in possession of a gun, fentanyl, and methamphetamine when he was later arrested.
