(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Timberwolves put forth an embarrassing effort against one of the worst teams in the NBA during a 119-115 loss to the Pelicans at the Target Center. Naz Reid and Anthony Edwards both missed shots in the final two minutes that would have tied the game or given the Wolves the lead. Edwards had 29 points in the losing effort. Minnesota is in eighth place in the Western Conference at 40-and-31. The T-Wolves host the Pelicans again tomorrow night.
