(Undated) — March Madness has begun. The Men’s NCAA Tournament got underway fully Thursday and 16 teams have now punched their ticket to the second round. One-seed’s Auburn and Houston cruised to big wins to begin their respective journeys toward a potential first national title in program history. The biggest upset of the day was 12-seed McNeese knocking off five-seed Clemson 69-67 for the program’s first NCAA Tournament victory. Other lower-seeds to advance to the second round were nine-seed Creighton, 10-seed Arkansas and 11-seed Drake. The action resumes Friday with 16 more first round contests.
