ND Oil Production Sees Decrease In Recent Data

(Bismarck, ND) — Oil production in North Dakota is trending downward. North Dakota Department of Mineral Resources Director Nathan Anderson says the state produced one-point-one-seven million barrels of oil daily in January. The figure was nearly 200-thousand barrels less than December’s production. Anderson attributes the slowdown to frigid winter temperatures and expects February’s data to show similar results.
