(Bismarck, ND) — The National Weather Service warns of a summer drought in North Dakota. Meteorologists say there’s a 47 percent chance of precipitation being below normal from June to August. Deficient soil moisture and dry conditions across the state could be coupled with a low flood risk and the potential for more wildfires.
