(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota lawmakers are approving a vaccine exemption proposal. Both chambers have passed a bill that allows North Dakotans to opt out of any required vaccines for health, religious, or philosophical reasons. However, the Department of Corrections, child care centers, and long-term care providers would not be eligible for exemption.
