(Bismarck, ND) — Bismarck authorities are charging a man with multiple counts after a SWAT-related arrest. Dustin Ward was out on bail for separate felony cases in two counties when he allegedly approached an Uber driver and their passenger with a long-bladed knife. The 43-year-old held the weapon in a threatening manner, with the incident resulting in his arrest after the West Dakota SWAT team was called in. Ward now faces charges of terrorizing with a dangerous weapon and drug possession.
