(Minot, ND) — A sewer replacement project is coming to Minot. The Puppy Dog Coulee project has been discussed and planned for the last 10 years, and ground will finally be broken next week. The nine-phase plan will replace 16-hundred feet of failing storm sewers with new box culverts around Dakota Square Mall with a nearly 20-million-dollar price tag. Phases one and two are expected to start Monday, with completion expected in October 2026.
