SD Dems To Hold Town Halls Around State

(Sioux Falls, SD) — The South Dakota Democratic Party is going to host town halls around the state starting next week. Nikki Gronli, a USDA appointee under the Biden administration, announced yesterday she will be leading the charge to do what she says the state’s congressional delegation won’t in holding town halls for citizens. Gronli shared her frustration with the mass spending cuts made by the Trump administration and DOGE, adding the moves are “dangerous” for South Dakotans and people nationwide. Democratic Party executive board member Julian Beaudion will join Gronli as the town hall meetings kick off on Monday with the first in Rapid City. Town halls are also planned for Sioux, Falls, Vermillion and Aberdeen.
