(Big Timber, MT) — Investigators say a Nebraska man accused of putting a faulty bomb under the vehicle of a Nebraska Corrections staffer at the Tecumseh State Correctional Facility on April First died two days later in a shootout with Montana State Troopers. 27-year old Breighton Miller had previously served time at the Tecumseh facility prior to his release last year. The Montana Patrol said as they tried to stop his vehicle near Big Timber, Miller fired shots at troopers, who returned fire striking Miller, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
