police

(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota drivers are advised to follow the Move Over Law. The North Dakota Highway Patrol and the Department of Transportation want to reduce fatalities and serious injuries from vehicle collisions. Drivers on multi-lane highways and interstates outside city limits must move over or slow down for vehicles with emergency or hazard warning lights. Those who violate the law are subject to a 50-dollar fine and have two points added to their driver’s license.
