Third Quarter Surge Leads Timberwolves Past Grizzlies

(Memphis, TN) — The Timberwolves put together the highest-scoring quarter in franchise history during a 141-125 win over the Grizzlies in Memphis. The Wolves trailed by five at halftime before outscoring Memphis 52-25 in the third. Anthony Edwards poured in 44 points in the victory, while Julius Randle finished with 31 points and ten rebounds. Minnesota has won six of seven and is tied with Memphis and Golden State for sixth place in the Western Conference at 47-and-33. The Timberwolves host the Nets tonight.
