(Bismarck, ND) — The Keystone Oil Pipeline is running again. The pipeline’s operator stopped the system last week after a spill in North Dakota but restarted things yesterday. A statement from the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration says the section of the pipeline that failed has been replaced and is being sent for testing. An estimated 147-thousand gallons of oil were spilled in the incident.
