(Minot, ND) — A third Minot City Council member will be in the race to become the next mayor. Council member Paul Pitner announced his bid on social media yesterday, stating that he’s ready to get the city back on track and restore integrity to the office. The council is expected to consider the election date during its next meeting on Monday.
