(Williston, ND) — The Williams County Commission is launching a housing incentive program. The Builder-Buyer Program offers builders and homeowners a tax exemption worth up to 150-thousand dollars. The exemption is for a single-family home’s true and full construction value. The program also allows buyers to receive up to 15-thousand dollars towards closing costs and buy-down points and offers builders up to 25-thousand dollars in financial assistance for infrastructure. Applications for projects outside city limits throughout Williams County go live on April 21st.
