(Bismarck, ND) — The suspect charged with the death of a Fort Berthold Reservation woman is being sentenced. Forty-year-old Donovan White Owl was arrested for murder and arson in April 2019 after setting a home in Mandaree on fire, killing a woman inside. White Owl was sentenced to 15 years in prison and must pay over 260-thousand-dollars in restitution.
