(Grand Forks, ND) — Grand Forks authorities are looking for a suspect responsible for vandalizing a sacred memorial. The bronze statue in the city’s Northern Valley Law Enforcement Memorial now has a large crack after someone likely kicked it. The Grand Forks Police Department asks anyone with information to submit their tips over the phone or on the agency’s Facebook page.
