(Sioux Falls, SD) — A juvenile hurt in a weapons violation is what police say is the reason a heavy police presence could be seen in central Sioux Falls yesterday morning. It happened around 5:30 a.m. near the intersection of 14th Street and Spring Avenue. Police say the incident involves juveniles, and one of them was injured. Because of the ages of those involved, police are not releasing any other details at this time.
