(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota dispatchers will have real-time access to the state Highway Patrol dashcam videos. North Dakota Highway Patrol Captain Adam Dvorak says new software is being tested that allows access through a link. Authorities believe this will help relieve the pressure on officers during crucial moments that could save lives or offer better policing. The software is projected to be rolled out after a year of testing.
