(Grand Forks, ND) — The Grand Forks School Board is asking two groups to redraw the city’s school boundary lines. Board members will meet today with members of the demographic task force, consisting of administrators and residents who worked to create the redrawing plans. The board has not committed to an approval date for new school boundaries after the initial deadline was passed months ago. Officials have acknowledged the concerns about overcrowding problems in some district elementary schools.
