(Fargo, ND) — First responders have recovered a body of a man from the Red River. Fargo police were called to the 14-hundred-block of Elm Street North late last night. Police have not released the victim’s identity and won’t confirm it to be that of a man reported missing July 1st. But this morning the victim’s family said it is the body of Arthur Weibe who was last seen in Moorhead on Monday. The investigation is ongoing.
