(Brookings, SD) — The Coyotes and Jackrabbits will be back on the gridiron Saturday, but this time it’ll be the Coyotes facing an FBS team. South Dakota travels to Madison, Wisconsin to face the University of Wisconsin Badgers of the Big Ten. Kickoff is 2:30 p.m. South Dakota State opened its season last week with a 44-20 loss at FBS 18th-ranked Oklahoma State. The loss was the Jackrabbits’ first since dropping the 2022 season opener at Iowa. The Jackrabbits will try to extend their 29-game winning streak against non-FBS opponents Saturday at home against Incarnate Word. Kickoff is 6 p.m. at Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium in Brookings.
