(Mitchell, SD) — FEMA is setting up their final disaster recovery center for South Dakotans affected by severe flooding back in June. The agency is back in Davison County with a mobile office. It will be open through this Saturday the 28th. A local FEMA spokesperson says it’s easier to get assistance in the future if people go ahead and register with the agency now. Close to seven-million dollars has been approved through FEMA’s Individuals and Households Program with much of those funds helping residents who filed for help in Lincoln and Union Counties.
