(Wahpeton, ND) — A Wahpeton man will spend about four years in prison for a hit-and-run that killed a 20-year-old woman. Chad Olson pleaded guilty Tuesday to criminal vehicular homicide and duty in an accident involving death. Bailey Bernstein was struck by Olson’s truck while she was walking along a road with her mother last October. Olson was driving under the influence.
