(Fargo, ND) — Fargo police are confirming a Minnesota man is under arrest in connection with an apartment fire earlier this month. Fargo PD were called to the report of a burglary on January 15th in the 1400 block of 32nd Street South, with firefighters then dispatched for reports of a structure fire. Adrian Banks of Wendell, Minnesota is now under arrest on charges of burglary, arson, and criminal mischief.
