(St. Cloud, MN) — A Sartell woman is accused of striking and killing a pedestrian in St. Cloud without a driver’s license and then leaving the scene. Cadee Campbell has been charged with failing to stop after causing a deadly crash. The collision happened on Sunday. The victim has been identified as 54-year-old Robert Thomas from Parker, Colorado. Campbell has been previously convicted nine times for driving with her license either revoked or suspended. The defendant is expected in court on March 17.
