Former Sioux Falls Pastor Arrested On Sex Charges

(Sioux Falls, SD) — A former Sioux Falls pastor is pleading not guilty to multiple sex charges. Authorities say Patrick Anderson is accused of having unwanted sexual contact with four victims during massage classes between April and August of last year. All of the victims are adults. Anderson was arrested on Tuesday. During yesterday’s hearing, a judge lowered his bond from ten-thousand to 15-hundred dollars for having no criminal record. The 52-year-old was later released from jail on bond after entering a not-guilty plea. According to KELOLAND News, nearly a decade ago, it reported on a program Anderson started at a local Baptist church to help women in abusive relationships. He was fired as a pastor at the church in 2023.
