(Bismarck, ND) — A bill that would cap the price of insulin in North Dakota has passed the state House and is now pending in the Senate. The bill is the result of a study that looked at the impacts of lower prices on insulin. The bill calls for the cap on insulin to not exceed 25-dollars for a 30-day supply. A national study indicates there are more than 63-thousand people in then United States diagnosed with Type One diabetes.
