(West Fargo, ND) — The West Fargo Man sentenced to life in prison for beating his wife to death is appealing his conviction. Spencer Moen was convicted last fall in the killing of Sonja Moen. According to the state’s Appellate Case System website, Moen’s brief is due by May 9th, which is subject to change. State attorneys tell Valley News Live they anticipated the appeal.
