Virtual Learning Bill Advances to ND Governor’s Desk

(Bismarck, ND) — A statewide virtual learning bill is heading to Governor Kelly Armstrong’s desk. If signed, the bill will update virtual learning policies for North Dakota school districts to ensure students have access to virtual classes. It also says students cannot be denied open enrollment, but districts can create prerequisites for specific classes while establishing a minimum number of in-person courses.
