(Grand Forks, ND) — An inmate at the Grand Forks County Correctional Center is accused of distributing fentanyl inside the jail. Jeremie Richard Castoreno was charged with Class A felony-controlled substance delivery in a correctional facility, a potential 20-year sentence. The 42-year-old allegedly smuggled in the drugs after returning from a court appearance for unrelated cases in December. A preliminary hearing for the felony charge is scheduled for April 21st.
