(Bismarck, ND) — A proposal could require schools and public libraries to hide certain reading materials. State lawmakers have introduced multiple versions of a bill that requires materials with obscene content to be hidden from minors. Along with other proposed rules, the bill states those who violate the law could lose all state funding.
