(Sioux Falls, SD) — The next phase of construction begins today on Veterans and Arrowhead Parkways in Sioux Falls. Sioux Falls Principal Engineer Brad Ludens says the end goal is making the largest intersection in South Dakota. This project will have traffic impacts into fall of 2026 when it’s expected to be completed. When finished, the intersection will be six lanes wide in each direction. Main detour routes are set to include Sycamore Avenue, Madison Avenue, Six Mile Road and 41st Street.
