(Sioux Falls, SD) — State Representative Kadyn Wittman is working to address the issue of sexual violence in South Dakota. Wittman hosted a panel discussion on the topic in Sioux Falls yesterday. Michelle Trent with the Compass Center joined Wittman for the talk and encouraged parents to begin speaking with their children about respect and their physical boundaries at an early age. Trent also reminded those in attendance that every county in the state is served by a domestic violence organization that can offer resources to people who need help.
