2 Minot Police Officers Won’t Face Charges After Fatal Shooting

(Minot, ND) — Two Minot police officers are being cleared of any wrongdoing after being involved in a fatal shooting last month. Officers Cullen Hall and Tyler Burtch responded to a domestic disturbance call on October 25th and shot Michael Bryant. Police say Bryant was using two people as a shield and raised a pistol at the officers as they entered the home. The shooting was investigated by the BCI and both officers have returned to duty.
