(Bismarck, ND) — Cigar lounges will soon be allowed in North Dakota. Governor Doug Burgum signed a bill yesterday okaying cigar bars, as long as they generate at least 15-percent of their income from selling cigars. Buildings must also be fully enclosed with ventilation systems. The new law goes into effect August 1st.
