(Bismarck, ND) — All three public pools in Bismarck will be open this summer. It’s an improvement over last year, when staffing issues prevented all the city’s pools from staying open. Parks supervisors say they’ve been able to hire more people this year, and the pools will open to the public on June 3rd.
