Appeals Underway In Wade Goodale Murder Case

(Minot, ND) — The North Dakota Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments next week for the two people convicted in the 2022 killing of a man in Minot. In June, a Ward County jury convicted Matthew Anderson of murder and Regina Goodale of accomplice to murder in the death of Wade Goodale. Anderson was sentenced to life in prison without the chance of parole. Regina Goodale was ordered to serve 35 years for her role in her husband’s death. Both say they should have been tried separately and insist the jury was given improper jury instructions.
