(Fargo, ND) — North Dakota Republican gubernatorial candidates Representative Kelly Armstrong and Lieutenant Governor Tammy Miller are criticizing the guilty verdict of former president Donald Trump’s hush money trial. While the two candidates were on the debate stage in Fargo Thursday, Miller called the trial “a sham” and a “pure distraction”. Armstrong said he called the former president and told him to keep his head up while he was going through this. He also said the statute of limitations for the allegations against Trump had long passed.
