(Wahpeton, ND) — An arrest warrant is in effect for a former Richland County employee wanted on theft charges. Prosecutors allege that Tiffany Bladow fraudulently gave herself an extra paycheck last September, shortly before she resigned as treasurer for the local Water Resource Board. The discrepancy reportedly was discovered during a board audit in February. Investigators say Bladow also used a board bank card to make an illegal cash withdrawal of county funds.
