(Tioga, ND) — A Tioga man facing a felony aggravated assault charge is trying to get a 100-thousand-dollar bond reduced. Victor Alfonso Barco Valdez is accused of fracturing a man’s skull when he threw a beer bottle at him. The victim was shooting pool with a woman at someone’s residence when the fight between Valdez and the man broke out. Valdez allegedly also punched the woman. A hearing is pending for Valdez’s motion.
