(Bismarck, ND) — Attempted murder charges against woman accused of trying to kill a motorcyclist near Bismarck have been dropped. Back in 2019, Dazechnae Willis struck a motorcyclist on Highway 83, leaving the biker with serious injuries that required physical therapy and months of hospitalization. Willis was later charged with multiple crimes, including attempted murder. However, court documents say that a mental evaluation has found that Willis was mentally ill to the point where she didn’t understand the harmful nature of her conduct at the time. As a result, the charges against her have been dismissed.
